Growing up across from the backwaters provided an amazing childhood. Pond hockey, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, exploring along the banks, sledding, and so much more. The through if having all that disappear for those who will come after us is quite honestly a travesty. Please do not allow the dam to be taken out resulting in water levels dropping turning all that is to a muddy mess.

This is a staple for surrounding communities and I have brought all 5 of my children here for many years,IT MUST STAY!
