We, the residents of Johns Road Grassy Park, are fed up with the regular sewage overflow in our road that has been going on for at least 35 years.
City of Cape Town sends subcontractors on call-outs for the blocked pipes, but it's just a quick fix, ensuring them work in perpetuity, but meanwhile nothing is truly fixed and we continue to endure sewage overflow year on year.
We demand that the overflow problem gets solved properly once and for all.
And we would appreciate a meeting with our ward councillor as soon as possible to ensure that a plan is put in place.
