We want to petition for the repair of 2 railway crossings in Thamesville. One on Base Line heading from Thamesville towards Dresden and the other on Longwoods Road heading from Thamesville towards Bothwell. Attempts have been made by the municipality to keep the roadway safe, however they can not repair on railway property due to liability reasons.
We are asking for both CN and CP Railway to do their part to keep their property and our citizens safe.

The crossing at Longwoods Road near Tim Horton's is absolutely a traffic hazzard There is not reason that this should be allowed to continue.
These tracks are atrocious, I avoid these tracks and drive #2 and down centre side rd to get to work . Please fix these !
This needs to be fixed before there is an accident. Some people feel the need to slow down to 10km/hr to cross these sets of tracks safely without damaging their vehicles while other cars are coming around the bend at 80+km/hr. Very dangerous.
They are really bad. Seems so many heavy trucks cross that it just breaks up soon after its been patched. Needs to be closed off to fix properly.
Most days I drive over both sets twice a day. My vehicle has gotten a cracked windshield and I need an alignment from these tracks.
These tracks r so darn hard on vehicles when crossing. They truly need to be repaired
This is an embarrassment of our community. I expect this elsewhere in the world, but not here. Safety and Quality of our roads should be priority. Obviously, this was not fixed properly a few years back.

Have emailed rroad numerous times & written to ceo in Calgary; told engineer coming. This year I ask?
