Background:
On December 4th, 2012, Star Trek The Next Generation Season 2 was released on bluray. To the dismay of many, Season 2 did not uphold the high quality established by CBS-Digital in Season 1 as it was outsourced to an outside company.
Some of the issues inherent in Season 2:
Clearly visible matte lines, blurry halos around heads and bodies in front of view screens, overuse of Digital Noise Reduction, mis-aligned lighting passes, distorted film elements, and poor color correction to name a few.
We sincerely hope CBS will take our request seriously.

The quality drop is so obvious. Why would they outsource such a classic show and let it look this bad?? Makes me not even want to watch it.

Season 1 was a masterpiece and then they just cheaped out on the follow up. Looks like a total mess on my 4k tv. Fix it cbs.
