This is a petition to get the University to return our internet connection to one router per apartment and if not this a better solution as they are currently breaching the contract.

The amount of feedback I have received from you all proves that we are all struggling with the same unreliable connection in our apartments. I am busy preparing the documentation to present our case to the dean to show them that this contract breach is affecting far more students than they realize.

The momentum behind this is incredible and it proves that I am not the only one struggling to get my work done in this apartment. Reading through your stories about dropped calls and failed submissions makes me even more determined to get the administration to fix this mess.

The internet problems have been happening for a long time and is becoming and inconvenience, specially now that we are on exam period and most of us need the internet to do research and study.
We don’t have any wifi problem from the last period. However housing suddenly change the connection without notice and now it doesn’t work
Please solve the wifi problem me and my friends who live in Roelof paid money almost over 50 euro per month for getting data it is really uncofortamble and this is unfair
Since they changed the wifi, it been already 2 month, and they still didn't provide us with possible solution. We are paying a lot of money for housing and we deserve a decent wifi. I can't call my parent's so i have to use mobile data, because of poor wifi i'm spending even more money in order to stay connected with family! And now right before exams they changed the password and didn't warn us at all about this. How we suppose to study actually, I'm art ant technology student and I can't finish my projects without internet! All this situation makes me very frustrated, and everyone in the building, we hope this situation can be solved as soon as possible!!!
Just can’t figure out why school choose to change to this terrible internet and keep finding stupid solutions

We trusted the housing department for a long time and nothing changed. All they do is to blame us for the virus on the laptop you have checked our computer for a month already but there is no virus at all. I don't think the problem has ever been the virus for such long tme. If the school can't do anything to solve we will. You are not the oe suffering from no wifi WE ARE !
