Robin Kelly was charged with 12 counts of animal cruelty for horses under her ownership. The horses that were immediately seized were rated a 1 on the Henke Scale. Now, the woman who starved her own horses may get off with a slap on the wrist. Trial awaits on June 7th, and she is facing the ruling of receiving a ACOD. This means if she takes care of her horses and stays out of trouble for one year, she will have all counts dropped and wiped from her record. The DA is thinking of doing so, so that Kelly can begin her horse boarding and lesson business without criminal hinderance. This needs to be stopped at all costs. A woman who can't take care of her own horses, shouldn't be allowed near anyone else's. Help us convict Kelly for all of those starved horses.
