Mayor Bloomberg:
We, the undersigned, implore you to reconsider your decision to not include the First Responders to the September 11, 2011 Memorial Ceremony. Because of the swift and fearless response of those courageous firefighters and police officers, lives were saved. What a travesty to not allow the public to reflect, respect and pay tribute to them during this ceremony. They need to be there. They should be there!
