Mayor Bloomberg - With the end of the Iraq war it is time to honor our returning troops with a parade. We all understand that we are still at war in Afghanistan, and that many of our troops will be re-deployed there, but nonetheless it is only right that we honor the sacrifices of our men in uniform and their families. If we can have a parade for the Giants, we can have one for our troops.
