Fireworks need to be legal. All of them. Pyro lovers like me will always buy the arial stuff. Here I am buying illegal fireworks from other people and we all nervous and try to do it as quick as possible and not get busted. Wtf?! We are buying fireworks to celebrate, not weapons or drugs. California needs those extra tax money. Supposely they are illegal because of saftey issues. If they really cared about everyones safety, here is a list of things that would also be illegal; beer, thousands of people die in car accident because a drunk driver crashes into them. Cigars, those are the number one killers. Tobacco kills millions. And the smell affects people around them. Knifes, haha yea. How many people are not stabbed? Point is fireworks is not really a big threat and there is no reason they should ve illegal.

No reason not to at least legalize aerial cakes. There is zero shrapnel. Utah legalized them 2 years and saw a large increase in sales which meant a huge increase in California's favorite thing......tax revenue.
