we lived here for 17 yrs and never once seen any EQUUS H.O.A. progress in our neighborhood, and when you do call the company office, very rude and nasty with you on the phone, very unprofessional. This H.O.A. needs to go!

Time for a management company that will actually listen to the home owners.

I do not want the contract to renew with Equus. They do not provide any service or value.

We get absolutely NOTHING for what we pay! NO value, no accountability, no service.

I agree that Equus Management should not be our management company any longer.

I have had nothing but unhelpful, and very irritating experiences for almost 20 years now every time when dealing with Equus. The manager herself is very rude and unwilling to help when we/homeowners report problems. Hearing the deal that was attempted to be made with a family member is enough for me to not trust them any longer. Not only a conflict of interest, but probably illegal if pursued. Why do we keep untrustworthy people like this employed, especially when we hire them to handle our monies as well as legal necessities? Please fire them and hire a company that will be more willing to work with homeowners and keep our records up to date and legal.

This company is terrible. I'm a board member who is absolutely frustrated with Equus, Joele, and Vanessa.

Why is the HOA deemed responsible for the flooding. We should sue the county and the developer, assuming they haven't bankrupted the shell they used when building. Getting rid of the HOA altogether is extremely difficult.

It is time to have an honest mgmt company that doesn’t keep raising the fees

We already had to pay $500.00 extra this past year for the drainage assessment. Not our fault the drainage was not done correctly to begin with. Also, add up all of our HOA fees...someone is banking some serious money. We are struggling as it is with the inflation and don't need to pay more in HOA fees.

I had the experience of calling Equus for a real problem in our community, and they referred me to leave a voice mail for the manager. The manager never called me back. It is clear that they don't care about their jobs, their reputation or the people that live here. They are taking almost $1000 dollars out of our pockets this year, the most money that has ever been taken from us, for services not rendered.
