It is not allowing me to sign due to an IP issue, but believe me I am in full support.
For all of the HOA war stories I have been a part of, I always win the battle. This HOA is nothing more than a harassment organization. When you debate calling the WCSO on the HOA compliance personnel, there is a problem. And it’s been a LONG standing problem.

For years, Fire pits are not permitted on this side of Pyramid Highway. When I called to inquire what to do about neighbor's pits,
filling my house full of smoke, the woman told me I was in the wrong and didn't know the definition of a fire pit....

I’ve sat in in two meetings recently and all that came out of it was the board members continuously repeating that “we don’t get paid” for this. Really, maybe that’s why it’s called a volunteer position. The other takeaway is that they have not put much thought in to how to go after either the county of the developer for the drainage issues we’re being told we have to pay.
Find an young girl getter lawyer who will fight for us pro- bono and go after both the county and the developer who are ultimately responsible for paying for and fixing the problems. It’s not our responsibility to pay for their “F” ups. I don’t seem to recall signing any paperwork when closing escrow that indicated I would be held accountable for their mistakes.
To see how inadequate most engineering firms are in the area, just look at how most of the parking lots for retail stores are laid out.
I’ve seen piano tuners (many of whom are legally blind) who could design a parking lot better.
Back on topic :
Equus Out and get a gung ho lawyer to go after the others.

HOA fees are half only two blocks away from us. I have yet to see the benefit of having this HOA or any for that matter. Just paying to be harassed!
