It’s better to be proactive rather than have the destruction that can happen both property wise and endangering first responders lives.

Goats to clear brush is the safest and easiest way for proactive fire prevention!! This should be everywhere ahead of fire season!

I live in shadow ridge community and I think would much safer to clean up behind our community

The weeds can be cut with either equipment or reduced by goats, but COSCA and the City fo Thousand Oaks need to better understand that they are managing open space for benefit of the residents as these are publicly owned resources. Having a significant fire hazard does not benefit anyone.

Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (read City Council and CRPD) refuse to act on this horrendous situation. They claim they are protecting native vegetation. We have presented the solution of using goats to clear a fire break(s). They won't budge.
