DOLLAR. That being said, you expect at least DECENT service? Anwar didn’t return any emails, calls, or voicemails. The day of the wedding he stated their would be a mini cocktail hour which there wasn’t. He mentioned that my hall would fit 600 people and I had about 550 guests and the hall fit only 400. Mind you I actually paid $220 per plate for the 600 people. When it was time to choose the food menu and cake he never even called us and decided to proceed and choose it himself. This man is ridiculous. He’s ripping so many people off. Let’s stop this now as it is a new venue. I hope no one has the same experience we did. Let’s support!

Couldn't agree more with this petition. There's an old saying that fish stinks from the head...meaning that a terrible "manager/boss" leads to a terrible staff and that's EXACTLY what is going on here. Not sure if you witnessed the guy above anwar...but it's a grouchy, miserable looking old man and he's even worse. Look elsewhere..the tacky wannabe castle is a bit been there, done that anyway.

i was an ex-employee of that place, horrible the way they deal with employees. arrogance and attitude, super disgusting. He should be fired!

This guy anwar is horrible, almost ruined my cousins wedding by stirring up drama. However, the food and waiters were good. The bridal attendant did not understand her duties.
No one should have or feel like an animal at a work place.

Anwar is super rude, is unprofessional and is not shy to let you know he doesn’t care about being accommodating during a pandemic once he already got our money. I wish I could get a refund and take my business else where. Stay away, HUGE regret
