Our boys, from Walsh, in SE Colorado, played an amazing season and represented our school with dignity, excellence, and sportsmanship. We know it's a lot to ask, but please consider allowing the games to go on. Thank you for your time, Anne Wallace

As a coach, we see the behind the scenes of how hard these kids work, in school and on the court. For most of them, basketball is the one thing they look forward to, the only thing they have “right” in their lives. Don’t take that away from them. Let the boys play.

The high school students have worked so hard to earn spots in the Colorado State Basketball tournament for 2020. Some have traveled long distances and made weekend long hotel reservations. They deserve to be able to play the final two days of games.

I understand it’s the location that is not allowing the competition to take place, so find another venue. There are high schools, community colleges, even churches who have gyms that could allow the kids and there parents to see their dreams fullfilled

For some this is the last time that they will play and you are taking the entire experience away. Instead of them looking back on this as one of the highlights of their high school years they will only feel a sense of a job incomplete. So sad.

Heart broken to see what’s happening to one of my best friends right now, as she & her team have been number one seed in girls 1A all year. and made it to the semi finals just to have the opportunity ripped away. This is unfair Colorado.
