Fighting for Active Stirling and Luxury Lives!

IT IS ABOUT TIME CEO OF THE COUNCILS WORK FOR THE COMMUNITAY INSTEAAD OF THEMSELVES AND RESPECT THE WISHES OF THE COMMUNITY AND THE HARD WORK BEING PUT IN BY SMALL INDIVIDIALS ..THIS MOVE ARMS LENGTH SERVES NO PURPOSE AND DOES NOT SAVE ANY RATE PAYERS FUNDS ...IT IS TIME YOU ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE FIGURES AND STOP FOOLING YOURSELVES AND TRYING TO FOOL THE RATEPAYERS

The staff who look after my family for swimming / life saving lessons over the years at Wallace High school are superb. I can see no reasonable reason why they should be replaced!

I use the Peak pool on a reguklar basis and the staff provide a brilliant level of service. They are always helpful and greet you with a smile, especially the people on the front desk. I believe Active Stirling have been a positive force for the people of Stirling.

Please leave Active Stirling in charge as I believe they provide a great choice of activities for kids and adults to enjoy at affordable prices at a time when obesity is on the rise and physical education is needed more than ever. I believe that for another company to take over will only increase the cost to the public for these facilities over profit.

Having seen the strides being made in sport in the Stirling area with the help of Active Stirling eapecially in my sport Cricket the really good club/school links being massively supported I think Active Stirling should be kept on and allowed to continue the great work they are doing. Switching providers is only going to be a set back and harm/disadvantage alot of sports clubs

I am a regular user of services at The Peak, and I believe that they are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. It seems incredible that Stirling Council can contemplate destroying its own community -owned company to give the contract to a large rapacious company. If Active Stirling lose the contract, Mark my words, in a few years time services will suffer and prices rise

I've been using the Peak for 7 years and it's always been a superbly run facility. Please don't change it - put us first!

I've enjoyed the Stirling sports facilities whenever visiting the area over the past 10 years. Active Stirling has a community focused ethos (not purely commercial).

I am a regular user of The Peak, particularly the climbing wall. I am very happy with the way it is run and would like it to remain run by Active Stirling.

Active Stirling have done a great job making sport accessible to all in Stirling. I would be very unhappy if this service is put to a private English company . Why fix something that ain't broke!!!!

Active Stirling do an excellent job catering for the local community and are an asset to the Council. I would be disappointed to see them go, and I am worried about the prospect of a unknown commercial body taking over local services.
