PETITION TO: WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL PLANNING & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
We the undersigned oppose strongly Viridian's plans for the proposed 4 storey, 45 flat development plus ancillary services on the Franciscan Professional Centre, Tooting and request Wandsworth Borough Council to refuse planning permission for this development for the following reasons:
-Too high & to dense for site and design not in keeping with existing buildings
-Negative impact on local residents who will lose both light & privacy
-Severely impact on children attending Toots Nursery
-Severely impact on playground space for children attending the new Tooting Primary School which will be located in the existing building on site
-Cause severe parking issues in the area

Think of the kids! Taking away their playground space for a building is just wrong. SW17 8ER
I live right next to this and the light we get is bad enough as it is. A 4 storey building is going to leave us in darkness. Please stop this madness. SW17 8ED
The parking round here is already a nightmare. You cant even get a spot on your own street let alone with 45 new flats blocking everything up. SW17 8EB
Keep the nursery safe. Dont ruin the neighborhood for profit. SW17 9PX
