The state legislature has officially passed the reform bill we advocated for to increase oversight of DCF case plans. Our legal team is currently reviewing the new statutes to ensure the mandates are enforced correctly in every district. We keep monitoring the implementation process to hold the agency accountable.

I am currently compiling the statements gathered through this petition to include in a formal briefing for state legislators. My next step is to coordinate with legal advocates who specialize in challenging these specific child welfare protocols. You will see a draft of the proposed policy revisions once my consultation with these experts is complete.

The growth of this petition has reached a level that allows us to move toward formal legislative outreach regarding DCF oversight. I am currently preparing the documentation necessary to request a meeting with state representatives to discuss these recurring procedural problems.

Cps and judges in Okaloosa county are corrupt.They took my great grandsons for money.
Ft Walton Beach FL judge and cps worker Laura Montanez took my two great grandsons on lies . They were adopted out to one of the case worker s friend s
The cps/dyfuss in this state are so corrupt. My son got injured at school and came home with a mark on his face, so we called the school first thing in the a.m. due to the fact he rides the bus and gets home late. We asked the school what had happened and they said they didn't know and called cps. Cps took my 8 yr old special needs son that day. My son has a iq of 62 they illigally questioned him and then coached him what to say. I told them they do not have permission to question him without a lawyer or legal guardian and they told me that they could do whatever they want. I am currently looking into suing cps and the pasco county sheriffs dept. Any info that may help me please feel free to contact me at my ema [email protected] ty and together if we stand united we shall not fall.
They must perform inside the laws that were created because if they don't follow the laws they created why should any one else follow the laws? You are then left with a lawless society.
I'm totally disgusted with the situation my family has gone through because of dcf and cls
My girlfriend is going through it with CPS....she is very stressed and doesn't know where to turn.....I'm trying to help her but I'm just as lost as she is......we really need help....PLEASE

They have taken my grandkids by false statements from other side of grandparents and fighting them now ! They make me so sick and furious !!!
