My girlfriend is going through it with CPS....she is very stressed and doesn't know where to turn.....I'm trying to help her but I'm just as lost as she is......we really need help....PLEASE

They have taken my grandkids by false statements from other side of grandparents and fighting them now ! They make me so sick and furious !!!

I've personally have witnessed firsthand corruption and negligence to perform applicable measures with Children's Home Society DCF CPI in Hernando and Pasco County Florida and what I've seen could possibly call for disbarment of a specific Judge got some people fired Within case workers that have been let go when I exposed some of my personal investigation against these agencies. I hereby will stand as a witness against these agencies and a Supreme Court and will testify against these agencies and will reveal the ongoing surveillance that I have placed on these agencies to counter their illegal surveillance on civilians using stingrays three local law enforcement agencies which does breach the Constitution of the United States consist of warrantless search and seizure also illegal surveillance on right to privacy.

CPI legaly abused childs

The cps/dyfuss in this state are so corrupt. My son got injured at school and came home with a mark on his face, so we called the school first thing in the a.m. due to the fact he rides the bus and gets home late. We asked the school what had happened and they said they didn't know and called cps. Cps took my 8 yr old special needs son that day. My son has a iq of 62 they illigally questioned him and then coached him what to say. I told them they do not have permission to question him without a lawyer or legal guardian and they told me that they could do whatever they want. I am currently looking into suing cps and the pasco county sheriffs dept. The father of my childern overdosed(no where near the kids ever!!) he went to the hospital, asked for help so that "he could be a better father". cps came in drug tested us every week or two...... i never failed a drug test once! seeing as i don't do drugs! my sons father impressed even me by staying completly clean for 8 months... as soon as we asked to close the case plan my babies were taken! I am so distraught i have no idea what to do. I am a stay at home mom, did't put them in daycare, but i did ask for the referral, i just didnt know it was mandatory! i am for protecting children but not taking the ones who are safer and more loved, like mine were! Judge Brownell has been "rubberstamping CPS " to overcompensate for letting the little girl who was found in the freezer, go for a year. my case worker id digruntled with what CPS has doneTHEY HAD NO RIGHT!!!! Please sighn this petition, just to blow the whistle on those who have power and overly abuse it!!! my kids look miserable, distraught, and broken, in the one week they've been away from me. my 3 yo's security pillow and frog have been stolen by another child in their care. they feed him tomatoes even thought they have all been told of his allergies!.... In my county they have taken 48 kids out of there homes in the last two week PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

They must perform inside the laws that were created because if they don't follow the laws they created why should any one else follow the laws? You are then left with a lawless society.

My children were placed into the custody of my abusive father, his psychotic ex mistress/now wife, and my abusive ex (the children's father). I was the victim of abuse by my children's father. My father and his wife, whom I had cut out of my life, swooped in to take "temporary" custody of my children and then befriended my abuser. The three of them along with Partnership for Strong Families (a privatized CPS for profit with the sheriff of the town a CEO) and Ad Litem, along with DCFS- manipulated and lied, broke laws, trampled my rights, documents forged, lies under oath, intimidating therapists, lawyers, all to take the children of a good mother and never return them. I was a college student, working on two degrees. On the dean's list consistently for six years while raising two little girls My father and his wife's plan to retire on the child support money (over 15k) while denying my children everything, abusing them and being forced to call her "mommy". I haven't been able to see or talk to my children in over six years. My youngest was still breastfeeding when she was torn from my arms. I don't do drugs, I quit cigarettes cold turkey when I got pregnant, fed my children only healthy organic food, spent all my time that I wasn't in class with them. I am a wonderful mother. I had to quit college two semesters to finish two degrees because of the endless case plan they forced on me. They just kept adding more while harassing and tormenting me maliciously. I am still trying to fight to get my girls back but we are bankrupted by child support and I have already spent over 20k in lawyer fees. The last time I saw a picture of my children was on my ex's Facebook page- they were naked (ages 5 and 7) and sitting in his grandfathers lap (a known pedophile). Over 20 people have tried to file complaints to remove my children from them and have been ignored. My children remain in danger among these vicious and violent sociopaths while the state buries the truth and tries
