Ex felon 32 years. I'm 56. Now

After 20 years a non-violent felon should be able to restore hunting privileges at least And after 30 years should be able to have gone privileges and rights as an American to protect yourself and family please send me any and all information on helping to restore our rights as American citizens

I have a pot charge from 20 years ago and just want to be able to hunt

If guns weren’t involved in the criminal act resulting in the loss of second amendment rights and they have no mental illness and violent crimes restore their rights . My wife can’t even have a firearm in our house for protection because of my DUI she also lost her 2nd amend ment right by association

Having a felony has nothing to do with having a gun in your home to protect yourself and family. So having a felony to everyone that knows and can look up is a sitting duck. Not to say that all charges where prosecuted truthfully. People are being charged by organized criminals themselves. Corrupt legal system.... Reform the legal system.

I believe if you do the crime and then do the time and all is fulfilled then all your rights should be returned. I also believe if you don't have every right as a American citizen then you shouldn't have to pay the same amount of tax's

I'm not sure who's going to read this or who's going to care but this is my story. Back in 2003 I got hurt on the job before the money started coming in my lawyer told me and my wife to go to the food stamp place and collect food stamps. So we did when the money started coming in I told my wife that's enough you don't need the Food Stamps no more. And of course she never told them continue to use the food stamp card even though she got letters telling her to cease and desist and hiding from me. Thinking it was a good husband I stood by her and got convicted along with her and restitution was paid back she got what was called the PTI. And as we were being booked I realized I could not get a PTI myself because I had one. From back in the late eighties. So needless to say our public defenders didn't do much for us and we got convicted of a felony.. needless to say we are divorced for the last 8 years now. And I move to Pennsylvania from New Jersey I have six boys and the fiance. Not realizing I went to a gun store filled out the paperwork and where it said have you ever been convicted of a felony.. I know it sounds silly but I had no idea that that would have been a felony so I said no!!! the guy behind the counter call me to just put no and if anything you'll be denied. Well year-and-a-half later I was arrested for falsifying documents I was able to have a good lawyer and she pleaded it down to a disorderly conduct charge and take it. But now I sit here disabled with 6 boys and a fiance and not able to get a gun to protect us. I'm not sure if I can get my 2nd Amendment right restored. I'm hoping somebody reads this and can help me. I am 56 years old haven't been in trouble since I was a teenager other than the food stamps never never a violent crime in my history. With the world the way it is today I think we should all be able to arm ourselves. If you have committed a crime with a gun I understand you shouldn't have your 2nd Amendment rights restored but I have neve

I was convicted of several felonies non-violent felonies. Over 15 years ago and I would like to get my Second Amendment rights back.

after a person pays their debt to society. I believe that non violent felons should be able to own firearms

Convicted felon here. Yeah that's right, when I was 19 I was influenced by negative things. However when I matured I became a very productive asset to society. Today I am a providing family man that believes it is in humane to deny me my right to protect my family exercising the 2nd amendment.

All American citizens have the right to bare arms (2nd amendment of Constitution of America) even felons, especially in now that we need everyone to stand up to tyranny from illuminati!!! We need all Americans to stand up bare arms and protect yourself, your family and the nation!!!

I just found out that my misdemeanor DUI from 15 years ago, no accident, no injuries, no property damage, no gun involved, is keeping my right to protect my home and family with a firearm away from me! And I want it back!
