Monday June 4th, 2018, FEDCAP employees were informally informed by the way of a home made video that we were being laid off. It has been 48 hours and we have still not been provided a meeting to educate us on what the future holds for FEDCAP employees and to give us the opportunity to ask much needed questions. The delivery of this news was unprofessional and overall disrespectful. A lot of us feel that we have dedicated a lot of ourselves to FEDCAP to only be dismissed in a 2 minute video. A petition is being issued to offer us the opportunity to voice our thoughts and feelings on the matter, as well as follow up questions. We are demanding a formal meeting in which these things can be addressed. It is the least that you can do for all that have dedicated their hard work and commitment to FEDCAP.
