We’ve all been patient enough, we want our hard earned cash NOW!!!

I wholeheartedly agree with the letter, although I support the FCA checking and doing there checking for us the customer/clients with the investigation taking over a year to date, this is a bit of a nonsense. We did not have any issue with DWS in the first instance or we would not have invested in the company. Since the FCA have come on board you have added to the daily pressures of life that we individuals have had to endure, our assets have been frozen and some of us could really use the help of thw funds you have locked away... My mum needs this money to fund my university fees

My family and I have suffered enough with this continuous hardship. We plead with you to please resolve this as soon as possible. We are repaying loans that we can't afford. We beg of you to hear our plea if you are seeking our best interest. This had gone on for far too long! Please!

Clearly we have all tried to be cooperative, patient and understanding of this process. I agree with the comment of a felliw investor there appears to be a 'dark' side to this investigation. No wrong doings have been revealed why then is the FCA continually changing and extending the goal posts? Let's ask ourselves what is it about the make up of this company they do not like?

Privately investing in a friends business within the context of a closed group that has never gone out to the public in order to remain beyond reproach surely puts the financial activity of DWL quite clearly into an exempt category.

Enough time has been taken over this investigation, surely the FCA must be compitent enough to sort out by now such a small operation with all those years of experience under their belt. Beginning to think that there is a DARK side to this investigation an ulterior motive.

The communication is poor, I have seen no wrong doing. This is a family run fund. This has hindered me personally and I want this to be over since it’s been a year.

This investigation has not taken due account of the financial hardship and impact on the members. Steps need to be taken to bring our suffering to an end. Trading must commence so that all monies can be recouped and returned to members. This is the best way to protect us.

We want our company back

Every investigation has timescales and milestones. How do you measure what you are doing and if its the right thing? As an accountable department, show yourselves and explain what you have been doing for so long? What is the hold up and when is this going to be over?

Disappointed with the whole mess. We need our money returned ASAP!

This investigation is taking far too long. It’s been over a year and we have all cooperated and waited patiently throughout this process. It is now fair to say that it’s becoming frustrating. I would like to know exactly where this investigation is to date and why our funds are still being held.

This process has impacted myself and sister very hard please release our money.

We are a private and closed group of family and friends. Our activities were never advertised and celebratory dinners were by private invite only. Samuel is a member of my wider family. Surely I can help to financially support his business to grow without him having to have FCA or any regulatory body involved.

I personally feel that the length of time that this investigation is taking is inappropriate. I sincerely hope that this investigation has investors interests at heart and no other secondary gains. I look forward to see the full report which by now should be more or less ready given the length of time that you have been looking into this matters.

Agreed wholeheartedly as I do not feel I’ve been protected, quite the opposite by an institution presented to protect which I feel should themselves be under investigation as corporations wreck havoc on people’s lives.

The FCA have proven themselves to be biased, discriminatory and untrustworthy, members need to remain united and deal with them accordingly. I fully support and endorse the Golding’s!

Transparency is required from the FCA. Accountability for the length of time this investigation has taken. Honest answers for the customers the FCA assert they are trying to protect. No more delays, allow DWS to communicate with us. Allow DWS to distribute funds to those that want their money back and allow those that don’t to make that choice. Stop the sabotage under the guise of “protecting the customer”. The “insufficient funds “is due your interference and meddling because a particular group that do not reflect the usual FCA want to succeed.
