The funds are finally being released and our nightmare is coming to an end. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that our pressure forced their hand after all this heartache. Stay vigilant because we have learned the hard way that we must keep watching our interests closely.

Dear Mark Steward, Dan O'Neil, John Thorpe,
We, the Members and their families (indirectly affected by this investigation) are petitioning today, against the release of yet another sets of undertakings. We feel this is totally unnecessary at this stage of the investigation.
We, the Members, are still waiting to be solicited for a mediation session to best resolve this matter. As per John Thorpe last statement, if we are allowed in court, surely we can partake in the mediation process too?
We, the Members, feel that your direct actions and the way you have chosen to conduct this investigation is the cause of much hardship & financial difficulty that is now being experienced by many of the Members and their families.
If the FCA are here to protect us as you claim then we urge you to accept this decision forthwith and settle to release our funds. The FCA has breached his duty of care and its mandate to protect us.

Seeing the numbers climb reminds me of the sleepless nights my family has spent worrying about our lost savings. We need just a few more people to join us before we hit our target and force the FCA to acknowledge our struggle.

Watching this count climb reminds me that so many families are waiting for the same answers I am. If we reach the hundred signature mark before the end of the day it will be impossible for them to keep ignoring our request for mediation.

This investigation has not taken due account of the financial hardship and impact on the members. Steps need to be taken to bring our suffering to an end. Trading must commence so that all monies can be recouped and returned to members. This is the best way to protect us.
Every investigation has timescales and milestones. How do you measure what you are doing and if its the right thing? As an accountable department, show yourselves and explain what you have been doing for so long? What is the hold up and when is this going to be over?
This investigation is taking far too long. It’s been over a year and we have all cooperated and waited patiently throughout this process. It is now fair to say that it’s becoming frustrating. I would like to know exactly where this investigation is to date and why our funds are still being held.
We are a private and closed group of family and friends. Our activities were never advertised and celebratory dinners were by private invite only. Samuel is a member of my wider family. Surely I can help to financially support his business to grow without him having to have FCA or any regulatory body involved.
Fully support the Goldings to take charge of returning my money as soon a possible. YOU THE FCA ARE STOPPING MY DISABLED CHILD FROM ATTNMDING PRIVATE SCHOOLING. Please grow a concious and get on with it.

My family and I have suffered enough with this continuous hardship. We plead with you to please resolve this as soon as possible. We are repaying loans that we can't afford. We beg of you to hear our plea if you are seeking our best interest. This had gone on for far too long! Please!
