I definitely do not feel protected. I feel very abused, dictated to and fobbed of by the FCA. No decent communication from them.

The FCA our trying to steal our money,make no mistake. DWS is an e commerce business and does not fall under the durastriction of the FCA. This is were we should be carrying the fight. If we can prove it cased closed, then the suing begins of the FCA & Yorkshire bank to the tune of 600 million pounds each.

It's been a year surely this investigation should either be filling for a civil case. Or getting out of our way if all your findings are why are we not affiliated. It's causing a lot of distress and it no longer feels like your acti g in behalf of our members but yours the financial institutions and your banking fraternity. We never had problems in the past and are now suffering a short fall from what you have informed us. Which only came about when you stop us trading.

I am going through severe hardship as a result of this investigation which has now been going on for over a year I would appreciate it if this could be resolved as soon as possible and the member funds returned to us.

We the people can no longer continue with this charade of undertakings. The financial hardship is immense. I recently lost my father and and the grief combined with the strain I am enduring as a result of the intervention of the FCA is having an adverse impact on my health. Our hard earned cash needs to be returned in full as was being done by DWS before the FCA froze the accounts..I say NO to any further undertaking..Let our business resume.

I thought it would have been beneficial for the FCA to conduct this investigation, I was under the impression that the FCA was supposed to protect the interest of people like me, the consumer, but I am now very disolutioned because I do not believe that the FCA are acting with equity on my behalf. I hope that you will be honorable by allowing me to claim the monies due to me following this investigation. I believe you should be satisfied by now with your findings that there is nothing illegal.
