This has gone on far too long.

FCA can return our money and continue their investigation

If all investigations have been completed I don't see why our funds are not returned. Please explain why. I wait in anticipation. Elaine Grant

I know these things take time however it is nearly a year since this started and it's causing a large amount of unnecessary aniexty to myself and my family.

This is blatant racism and racism at its finest. Not only have the FCA done all they can to stop the Investment Cycles, they have actually withheld our money and put many of us in positions we never imagined we would be in financially. It may take many of us YEARS to recover from the damage this is done to our lives and this is absolutely unforgivable. We all need to come together and get this dealt with the best way possible as soon as possible. The FCA need to face us and be accountable, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

The FCA have no interest in regulating the banks that pay a fee to them. But has an unspoken directive to destroy black businesses that have dared to exceed the establishment’s financial expectations. Unfortunately, this is due to get worse. Because when the subtle and decisive attacks on DWS fail, it will become more blatant. Well I hope this is blatant enough for the FCA- ‘Don’t protect me. Because I don’t trust you, or want your help. Go and give your bible and mirrors to the people that want your gifts. And leave us to mine our own gold.

The FCA is seriously flawed and that is on them. This has been going on for to long and it has affected everyone here. No updates, no accept explanation. Then you feel that it is okay to try silence us , that is disgusting.

This has gone on long enough now and rather than protecting peoples money as you say you are doing, you are merely tieing it up and witholding it from us which is a major problem in itself.

I think it’s disgusting that the FCA have held on to all money for this length of time

This has brought a strain in my relationship because of all the financial hardship we going through.

Still paying off the loan amount plus interest,because of the fca undertaking..

The way the FCA have handled this case has been very inconsiderate and borderline hypocritical considering their supposed role of protecting consumer funds. The fact is that the extended freeze after freeze put on our money has not worked in our favour, if anything it has worked against us. Secondly the whole investigation was over a private CLOSED affair that was between family and friends. Outside of this petition I have already began formulating a plan to bring a strategic complaint against the FCA. Should this case drag on further I will pursue this. I just want my money unfrozen so I can do with it what I want, which includes paying bills. These people have acted like heartless, evil bastards. Let someone freeze their hard earned money for an unreasonable length of time and let them see how it feels. They haven't done themselves any favours through the way they have acted.

This is a farcical and totally unreasonable investigation. If this so called regulated body was acting in the full interest of the consumers then they would have let DWS trade to enable us to be repaid. It’s crazy.

Please can this investigation be finished, as it is taking an extremely long time. I now really need my money for life’s stuff.

A year now. With no update or explanation just extension after extension! Enough is enough.
