I was thinking about the board setup again and honestly it just keeps coming back to how much we need someone like Chris in the room because the current process feels like it is stuck in the mud. People have been sending me messages about their own frustrations (which I totally get) and it makes me realize we are actually pushing for real change here even if it feels quiet behind the scenes.

I really thought this might just stay a quiet idea but seeing things pick up speed like this is just surreal honestly. It feels like people actually want change for once which is cool though I keep having to remind myself to breathe because my inbox is just exploding right now.
