Currently, Fairfield citizens travel miles to other cities to purchase medical or recreational cannabis, as there are no professional retail facilities located within Fairfield. Medical and recreational cannabis is legal in the State of California. Our Mayor and City Council are evaluating whether to approve two (2) or more professionally-run retail cannabis stores in the city of Fairfield. We support our Mayor and City Council approving a minimum of six (6) professional retail cannabis businesses in Fairfield, guaranteeing hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax revenue for necessary programs for citizens, for local nonprofit organizations, and bringing 150+ new good-paying jobs to Fairfield. Please take my support into consideration.

Its about time we stop sending our tax dollars to the next town over. Keep the money here in Fairfield where it belongs.
Let’s move CA and our cities in the right direction. Cannabis businesses are the future.
Why not? Fairfield could use the taxes generated from the sale of cannabis for the plenty of things.
Bring cannabis sales to Fairfield. There’s no reason to keep retail sales out of our city.
I am tired of driving so far to get my medically prescribed cannabis. make the city comfortable for us folks.
We need more dispensaries with easier access.
Legal cannabis, not a lottery win for city.

This location Is perfect for this business. Convenient, a newer building with easy handicapped parking and access.
