Id like to show my support for the proposed dispensary located at 1260 Sugar Loaf Rd. Winona MN 55987.

I believe Ms. Scott's request is completely reasonable and follows both state and city regulations and requirements, surrounding the dispensary. Not only is it just near a single family residence(that have shown their support for the dispensary)and not residential neighborhoods, but it's in a perfect location. It helps being right outside of town where local customers can get to easily and safely but also the perfect spot for Winonas tourists as they travel in and out of town.

I believe in not only this dispensary and its owners ability to run an effectively safe and profitable dispensary, but in the legalization and recreational use of cannabis itself.Being able to purchase cannabis products from an educated, trained bud tender in a fully regulated facility that gets yearly inspections, with an entire room designated for the check-in and security of customers and staff, while having all products be lab tested as per state code, is in my opinion, a much better option than buying a product from say the gas station.

Winona's Board of Adjustment made the correct decision approving this request and took ample time collecting information to do so, please do not postpone any further and approve this proposed business location in line with city plans!

Thankyou very much for your time

Cannabis has been very effective in the management of my sisters chemotherapy side-effects and my arthritis pain. We are tax paying responsible adults and would appreciate a closer dispensary like Winona where we are able to purchase. Our family knows Ms. Scott personally. She is a responsible, ethical and hard-working person. Her plan is well thought out and researched. Ms. Scott's business will be a positive tourist asset to the Winona community, helping those of us that do not use pharmaceutical drugs.

This business is a great way for the city of Winona to invest in the diversity of the future. This business shows that Winona is willing to invest in their own community and support itself in a growing market. It will help bring both profit and people to the city, by offering a product new to the market and used widely. Showing an approval of this business will be a step to a happier and healthier future.

I believe it being away from downtown area is better so less people complain about the smell.

As a Colorado resident and previous Winona State University graduate, I can attest that dispensaries have improved the economy and well being of the population as a whole. Approving and placing a dispensary in Winona will provide the same opportunity.

I see zero problems with this moving forward in the community and fully support it as another tax generating small business. Support local!

I approve of a dispensary going in this given location because it is in a perfect business nook located right next to Winona Nursery and fencing. The location is close to local hotels and right along the highway which will help out of town guests utilize the facility while remain safe and close to where they are staying. I do not believe that the dispensary will disrupt the daycare located across the stream. As a parent, I would not approve of a daycare letting my child out of site to walk over a stream bridge especially without any crosswalk located on the street-no matter the age. I am under the impression that the daycares “outside time” is allocated to their fenced in property. The business has also said that the signage and all advertising will face hwy 43, so there will be no distraction to the daycare. Also in this town it is hardly uncommon for children to see beer/alcohol signs and advertisements so I don’t think that should effect anything. Overall this business will help locals safely get the marijuana that they’re looking for and help our local economy.
