We at the VSC make this company go, and we deserve to be paid fairly for it. (1) We should be able to get paid a livable wage of between $22 and $25 per hour. (2) We would also like to not be forced to work tons of mandatory overtime. We are all team players and would like to help without being forced to do so. We are all adults with real lives, and most of us can’t afford to work extra underpaid hours just to pay for daycare, etc. (3) We would also like Road Runner Sports to acknowledge Juneteenth as a company holiday. It is very insensitive to have many minorities working for your company, but you will not recognize us. This needs to be changed, effective immediately. (4) If we are asked to do multiple tasks, we should be fairly compensated for them. If we are asked to do "side by side" training, we should get paid as trainers, i.e., “forced to show new hires how to do their job without receiving a trainer's wage, etc." We humbly ask you to take these simple requests into immediate consideration. We want to have all these put into place by 04/01/24

This company over steps a lot. They have expectations of you doing a job you’re not hired for and expect you to do it at the same rate of pay using unfair contests as an excuse for it.
The compensation falls extremely short of what the company can afford to pay and should pay what reps deserve. Their expectations deserve adequate compensation and cost of living $25-$30 hr. minimum base pay. Customer service is the backbone of this company and Reps put up with to much s*** micromanagement from management and are grossly under compensated $16-$18 hr. and turn over is extremely high, retention rate is extremely poor. It’s not the people, it’s management and it’s time higher management cleans house of management over the call center because what they’re doing isn’t working. They take a simple job and make it stressful and miserable. Management isn’t doing a good job. What they’re doing and the way they’re doing it isn’t working, rate of turn over is to high, rate of retention is abysmal and the fact that they’re always hiring is a
