We want things to CHANGE.
Freedom to drop shifts to a replacement rider at anytime of the day or night; no consequence, no 'no show' for it, no threats against our contracts.
Equal access to shifts on shiftplan regardless of your contract.
Riders are not obliged to deliver outside of their rostered zones or outside of their rostered hours.
Riders are NOT to be clocked off early, all rostered shifts are LOCKED start and end times.
What we want in the future in addition to the above:
Minimum locked shift times (+4 hour dinner shifts, +3 hour lunch shifts).
Rider saturation that allows for us to make $20 an hour / provide guarantees for zones with infrequent orders.
(That means no more hiring 1000 riders to oversaturate the market and destroy the sustainability of your riders.)
And/Or a return to the Suppertime/Early foodora days of Riders being rewarded for their performance consistency, their loyalty to the business, their professionalism.
We need a direct line of communication with foodora management.
A true RIDER MANAGER who understands our experience and acts in our best interest.
Who ensures foodora meets our standards.
