I am not feeling safe at all. There is no reason why any student should walk around feeling paranoid. If it can be prevented, we need to do whatever we can. Not everyone has cars and we need to take precaution at this point.

Before this year, I have never felt unsafe walking around campus. No one should have to be afraid as they walk home from classes, especially with the lack of streetlights around campus. If Titan Transport extends its hours and advertises more so that people know that the resource exists, it would keep more students safe.

Not all students have cars available, and there's no reason to take risks

For the safety of those without a car, extending the hours and promoting more around campus at sites that people may be leaving groggily (after studying for HOURS) to ensure safety would be amazing.

With all of the violence that has been going on near the campus, this would be a very good step to ensure the safety of the students. The recent robberies have happened incredibly close to where I live, and none of us should have to walk home afraid every evening.

I feel all students should feel safe. I think the hours need to coincide with around sundown and when the library closes.

It also should be opened on weekends. That's when a lot of people need it

In light of recent events on campus, it's a logical step to extend hours of Titan Transport so that IWU students have a safe and reliable way to get to and from campus and their homes without fear of getting robbed or held up. This is definitely a start in the right direction.

My brother was robbed at gubpoint this past weekend walking just off campus at 8 pm. I will do anything to help make it safe for students and hopefully make sure what happened to my brother doesn't happen again.

The recent robberies have been happening right around where I live. I do not feel safe anymore. Please extend the hours so that we can securely get back to our homes.

Student safety is, or at least should be, IWU's highest priority. For those who don't have cars but can't live life as a shut-in after dark, extended TT hours are a MUST right now.

The additional hours are clearly needed in light of recent activity. It has been getting dark around 7 lately, so while starting this service at 8 is good, I would say this is just a start. I also hate to break it to you, but it gets dark on Friday and Saturday as well, so this service should be extend to ALL days of the week.

I'm an alum of IWU, and although the crime there is never as high as where I live now for graduate school, this is a shockingly high amount for Bloomington and IWU, and I graduated last year and it was always a safe campus.
