The time has come! EXP finally has a window of opportunity to be a contracted vendor with almost every school district in the state. This opportunity only comes once every 5 years.
Many of you have experienced the frustration of wanting to use EXP, but not being able to due to district restrictions.
We are submitting our proposal to be contracted as a vendor, and we'd love for you to help us show the committee that teachers love working with EXP :)
Being contracted would mean:
- No more issues using EXP for your conference travel and trips.
- No more messy sub-contracting/invoicing with other travel vendors.
- An opportunity for you to allow EXP to reach and help more teachers.
You can help in 3 ways:
- Sign this petition and leave a quick comment about your experience with us. Please be sure to include your full name, and the school you work at.
- Write a short letter of recommendation that highlights your experience with EXP. Email it over to [email protected], and we'll include it in our final proposal package :)
- Send us a short video testimonial recorded with your cell phone. You can send it to 602-999-8426. We will compile them all into an awesome testimonial.
Doing any or all of the above would honestly mean the world to us, and would be the greatest gift you could ever give us. Thank you for all you do to support us, and for allowing us to continue doing our best to make your life a little easier, and your students' trips better.

I would love to see EXP be available for all trips in all districts!!!!

I have worked with Jake and the staff at EXP trips and have been very impressed. The professionalism and customer service they provide has been the best I've experience since leaving the private sector. It is encouraging to work with a company that exhibits the type of refined soft skills that I am trying to ingrain in my students.
