Pretty sad when our highest court officials can’t admit to past mistakes & are dead set in their ways even w/ an innocent humans life on the line. Our current justice system is purely built on $$ & winning a case. It Makes me sick that we as citizens have little to no control in this mockery of a system
This shows another injustice within our court system. This prosecutor's ego, bragging that she has never lost a case, has corrupted the integrity of this case and this court. Blinded by power and unfounded self-righteousness, this prosecutor has lost her ability to see and search for truth and justice.
I have read all of the news articles and watch the documentary with his mother. It seems Mr. Guuca was framed by the prosecution for their benefit. They should be put on trial not Mr. Guica!!!!!!
I believe the justice system is corrupt and this man is innocent along with many other innocent people put away everyday. I spent almost 3 years in prison myself and know this story all too well. #justiceforjohngiuca #justicefortheinnocent
Judge Chun, you must do the right thing and grant this man a retrial, I truly believe that if the Jurors had known all the info/evidence that came out during your hearings they would have came back with a different verdict. Please bring justice back to bklyn.

I just watched it on crime watch , this could happen to any one of us , with what I saw it's so obvious he is innocent I think they should prosecute the people that lied . God bless John and his Mom She's his rock .
