Three juries have overwhelmingly voted against conviction of Mr. Whyte. Where is the justice in continued prosecution of this young man? The DA's office should be ashamed of itself.

Please let this man free. Holidays are coming and they need to think how they would feel of this was their family member. What exactly does the town of Ithaca tryin to prove? Pure ignorance and harassment.
A definate waste of tax payers dollars....when police fail to properly investigate a crime someone needs to be prosecuted to cover up their lack of competence....
to what extent will you go to make a personal point. this is abuse of power and is ludicrous.

3 times is enough. If you have to look that hard for evidence to convict someone, they probably didn't do anything.
