Total agreement in eviction for no payment Of rent or upkeep of facilities. Also not respectful of other in the community ie noise .
This also involved molesting and disturbing owners,who dogs barking all day and night.Because they leave them alone on them terrace and not controle them

I fully support appropriate sanctioning of any resident of Vitania who endangers the safety, or disrespects the law, internal Vitania regulations, or the rights of other residents.
