The quiet nature of this neighborhood is what defined our home for so long and that is exactly what we are fighting to protect. I am currently working to document our collective concerns so we can present a clear argument to the zoning board.

Seeing this steady growth in our community reflects a shared commitment to protecting the character of our neighborhood. It is encouraging to watch so many neighbors realize that our collective input can influence the future of Charlene Parkway.

More apartments aren’t needed as there are plenty of empty apartments around town. Turn the space into a park.

The sewer, drainage, and street systems cannot handle this many additional residences. Very poor plan!
