Strongly urge moe to change the name to something that has a local flavour. Even Singapore JC or GohKengSwee JC would be much better. MOE should not insist on that silly name and go ahead to show they are that smart freak that always do no wrong.

This JC is hopeless. Firstly, they failed to deliver the school on time. Secondly, they screwed up the name. I feel ashamed of being in this IP track.

Simply disappointing MOE after all the fiasco of school location etc. never learn n refuse to right a wrong but insist that they know best. After all these public outcry and if they still sing the same song, it goes to show how stubborn MOE. Seriously doubt we can trust them to inculcate the right values in our future generation!

anytime you have to check a dictionary for the meaning of the name would suggest that it is too complicated and out of touch. I pity the students of all the 3 schools who will be tainted by this ridiculous name. Someone was trying to be creative and clever by referring to a greek or latin dictionary to find some unique and meaningful name. Total fail.....a dictionary will not cover up idiocy or incompetence.

Pls rename it Trinity JC. Trinity as an English word means a group of 3. It sounds good, it is pronounceable and most importantly, it is relevant.

As an old girl from St nicks, I am ashamed of this JC name. There has been nothing but bad reviews of the name and this is just the start of other schools making fun of the name. The meaning is beautiful but paired as a JC name, it sounds terrible. I'm so glad I didn't go to this JC.
