This petition is to bring awareness to the pay of PCTs at AU Medical Center. It has been noted that new-hires are paid more than experienced PCTs already employed by AUMC. With the rise of cost of living, pct does not meet the criteria every year to get a pay raise, even not recognized enough, I humblely agree with this petition, hoping it is met.
I've been with AU for over 6 years and only seen 2 raises. We haven't gotten a cost of living raise in a long time
I believe that workers who have been w/the company & giving their time & energy should be compensated more than new hires. Anything less would be unethical and an insult to the staff.
Was told I would get paid two dollars more then was told no because I already work there! They didn’t see that on my resume even though I have 20 years experience ! I get paid with the same amount an new hire and less than nursing students pci’s ! And no it wasn’t relevant for an annual , I was told no raises for us!thanks
We need higher pay than new hired. We desired it !! We train, we have more experiences on the job, and more knowledge

As a PCT @ AU for the last five years .I've seen P.l checks taken away.Only @ 27 cent pay increase in 5 yrs. 25% of pto time buy taken. No Holliday pay. No Wkend dif pay, and now I having to buy uniforms. while
