The state has officially approved the specialty license plate design for production. I am now coordinating with the Department of Revenue on the timeline for when these plates will be available for purchase at local offices.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado, a non-profit organization, is proud to lead the effort to create a new Colorado specialty license plate to support the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures and save lives. The Epilepsy Foundation provides programs and services for those impacted by epilepsy, while also educating the public about seizure disorders. Our goal is to collect 3,500 qualified signatures by November 2021! November is Epilepsy Awareness Month! By signing this petition, you are indicating an interest in the purchase of the license plate of the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado license plate when it becomes available. There is no obligation to purchase the plate.

• BE A RESIDENT OF COLORADO
• BE A COLORADO REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE OWNER
• COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED (full name, full residence address, including county of residence, email)

We have officially crossed the 2,500 signature threshold. I am currently compiling these records to ensure each entry meets the formal requirements for the DMV submission. Once verified, these documents will be delivered to the relevant legislative committee for their review.

My son has epilepsy and we would love to have this on our car to show support for the community. Hope this happens soon!
