If they had to drive what we do they might actually know we don't have a magical time machine to get us to and from patients in the time they give us. And they neglect the fact that the travel we do takes time, time spent working also . Not all time out is patient time, and that is not taken into consideration when our days hours are being scheduled; it may be 8 hours patient care but up to 12 hours including travel time by the time we get home.

We should be paired more per hr. It is only right to give us more.

So tired of schedule changes and lack of communication not to mention the un professional behavior of management and not being notified of staff that are no longer with the company but still have phone extentions. I could go on forever. Seriously thinking about resigning. Just fed up.

This is why I left RCCP after 24 years of service. Got tired of the ca not being followed and always having to fight for my rights.

The sheer lack of communication between the management, schedulers, clients, and paws is sickening. I certainly have had enough and so have a lot of us, and a lot of people are leaving. We need change!

I'm just fed up...I'll be booked beyond mt 8 hours in ialp...no lunch or break or travel time...when one worker sits and twiddles her thumbs for 2 hours and has no clients..never offers to help. ..ridiculous. .

I would like myself and all my coworkers to be treated with respect. The contract we are working under in my opinion is not very good to begin with, but it certainly should be followed

The last inservice, meeting they taught us or checked the workers to see if we knew how to squat. What is with that? If we don't know how to do that by now, we shouldn't be in the profession.

More people quit because of scheduling issues than issues with their job. When are they going to see this!
