My main complaint is in regard to the fact that our refusing to work on our weekend off is marked against us. We work hard for our patients, and this company, during our workweek, and our right to enjoy our well-deserved weekend off should be respected, rather than made a negative on our record!!

Well, we should get sick day pay, after all, health care workers due catch colds even if you took flue shot.. We should only get paid for half hour to hour jobs, not 15 minutes, that's like working under minimum wage...

Always calling me on my days off to work and they make you feel so quilty, so you end up working and they never offer anything good or give other days off for working your days off!!!!!!!

I am an ex employee. This company is beyond horrible. I never even got my retro pay from them 2 years ago after the strike. They are the worst employers ever

Would love to help make this one of the best homecare agencies to work for.....RN supervisors are required but the over all organization should have PSW's in charge.

The job is unnecissarily stressful due to lack of scheduling , not putting time specific people in their time and sending from city to city without also allowing for time travell and wknd breaks
