To whom it may concern, This is an online petition created to gain support for the production of the Enkei92 classic wheel in a 4x110mm bolt pattern, suitable for use with the 1979-1985 Mazda Rx-7. Enkei mesh wheels have long been a staple of early Japanese import car culture, and one car from this period that cannot be ignored is the first generation Mazda Rx-7. Between 1979 and 1985 Mazda sold over 377,000 of its original Rx-7s in the United States alone. To this day, Mazda’s original Rx-7 has a group of faithful owners who appreciate the car for its distinct personality, and quirky rotary engine. Original Enkei mesh wheels rare, extremely valuable, and still highly sought after by Rx-7 enthusiasts. However, they are increasingly difficult to find, especially in the first generation Rx-7's unique 4x110mm bolt pattern. All of us were excited to see the reintroduction of the Enkei92 mesh wheel, as it harkened back to the roots of our early Rx-7 ownership. It would once again provide 1979-1985 Mazda Rx-7 owners with an attractive period authentic mesh wheel to complement their vehicle. Unfortunately, the Enkei92 is not currently being offered in the 1979-1985 Rx-7’s unique 4x110mm bolt pattern. We the undersigned believe that a 4x110mm version of the Enkei92 classic wheel would prove to be a very popular, and successful offering for Enkei. With very little effort, the existing design could be drilled in a 4x110mm bolt pattern to complement the 1979-1985 Rx-7. We ask that you please offer our favorite mesh wheel in a bolt pattern that we can utilize. Sincerely, 1979-1985 Rx-7 Owners
