We 2nd Amendment loving, law-abiding citizens are fed up with being bullied by gun control advocates. It is absolutely appalling to see how the Missouri Highway Patrol can get away with unconstitutional behavior by turning over the names of all Missouri Concealed Permit Holders to the Feds who obviously believe they are above the law. NOBODY contacted us to obtain our written permission regarding their objective.

How is it that Concealed Carry Permit Holders in Missouri were not made aware that their personal information would be used in this manner? How is it any different than not following HIPPA procedures and giving over personal medical information over to a 3rd party without patient consent?
We are voicing our demand to END Missouri Gun Owner Discrimination NOW by kindly asking you to sign this petition for a Class-Action Lawsuit against the State and Federal Agencies involved.
