We 2nd Amendment loving, law-abiding citizens are fed up with being bullied by gun control advocates. It is absolutely appalling to see how the Missouri Highway Patrol can get away with unconstitutional behavior by turning over the names of all Missouri Concealed Permit Holders to the Feds who obviously believe they are above the law. NOBODY contacted us to obtain our written permission regarding their objective.

How is it that Concealed Carry Permit Holders in Missouri were not made aware that their personal information would be used in this manner? How is it any different than not following HIPPA procedures and giving over personal medical information over to a 3rd party without patient consent?

I have been in contact with legal counsel to review the documentation regarding the unauthorized transfer of permit holder data. We are currently drafting formal inquiries to the state agencies involved to establish a timeline of these events. I will provide a summary of their official responses as soon as they arrive.

If they did this for medical records they would be in jail. Why is this any different for law abiding gun owners? Stop the overreach.
TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Missouri is better than this.
Government needs to learn to stay in its lane. Very unhappy with the way the highway patrol handled this secret list.
