its long past time to end this cruelty. nobody should be allowed to hurt wildlife for entertainment in this day and age.
BARBARIC. stop torturing these animals for sport immediately.
my heart breaks for the hares. cruel and senseless.
poor hares dont stand a chance against these dogs. keeps me up at night thinking about them terrified on that field.
its 2018 and we are still letting this happen in ireland. absolutely disgraceful behavior. ban this barbaric practice once and for all.
I believe hare coursing should be banned because I do not think wild animals should be used for sport or entertainment. Even when events are regulated, the hare is still chased, frightened, and put under unnecessary stress. I believe no animal should have to experience fear or risk injury simply for a recreational activity. I also believe there are more humane ways to preserve cultural traditions that do not involve live animals.
The lrish hare is a rare unique animal which has to be legally protected from human aggression.

For those who inflict and allow Cruelty and Suffering to Innocent Animals must be severely punished and face imprisonment for their Crime's ~
