According to section 804 part D of the Fair Housing Act, it is illegal, "To represent to any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin that any dwelling is not available for inspection, sale, or rental when such dwelling is in fact so available."

Northeastern university is discriminating by sex as well as by sexuality and gender identity. They purposely separate the housing choices for All Gender from normal housing selection and thereby deny All Gender participants access to the majority of housing.

According to when I met with Housing about this last year, there just isn't enough demand for All Gender for them to make changes. Let's show that we will not put up with this any longer.
