We appreciate the PTH Problem but a sit down strike at the moment is not what we need. We can still engage Government to harmonise our salaries as we continue to work. Please sign the petition to support the effort
I never thought we would see this much energy behind us so quickly which feels a bit overwhelming but in a good way. The momentum is building fast and it is clear that everyone is just as tired of these gaps in our lectures as I am.

As an academic staff, my teaching career is by calling. I normally focus more on how to add value to my clients and how to influence their future growth. An industrial action like the one going on is not necessay at the moment as it is likely to endanger the concentration levels of the students and their performance. I do not support it and i condemn it.

So greatful for the continued salary support throughout the pandemic, even when school income was downed, we can propose smoother tactics to commit government to our pth cry, without jeopardizing the school struggle to accumulate student numbers

I highly agree with management, sit down strike is not a solution to such a challenge,
I therefore do not support the strike,
I for one am at work and i will countinue to perform my duties.

This strike is really unfair most especially to our clients who have cleared the examination fees. We are in a crisis , we do not need this strike as an institution.

The timing is so wrong and it is bound to compromise the ongoing negotiations to solve the PTH problem

End strike, and wait patiently until the matter is resolved.
