The El Macero HOA recently mailed to you proposed changes to some of the rules in the CC&Rs. Some of the changes include fines, overnight parking restrictions and requiring owners to update their homes exterior should they choose to remodel the interior. In addition, the proposed changes will give authority to the ARC to change these rules any way they see fit in the future. If no one objects to these changes they will be approved at the scheduled Board meeting on September 17th at 6:00pm. I encourage all of you to read them carefully and to please sign this petition to stop the passing of these changes. I also encourage you to email the property manager Paula Dougherty at paula@hignell.com with your specific concerns.
