The volume of survey responses has reached a level that forces management to acknowledge the lack of a clear procedural policy. I have requested a formal meeting with human resources to present these findings and demand a drafted bathroom access protocol.

I was denied a break twice last week and it was humiliating. change this now.
basic human rights people. let us go.
its ridiculous that we even have to ask. just let us go to the bathroom when we need to. we are adults.
NOBODY should have to wait until lunch to use the restroom. fix this policy.
management needs to clarify this. dont hold it in for 4 hours its unhealthy.

been working here 3 years and still dont know the actual rule. seems like they just make it up to make us work faster.
