I am asking the Cedar Rapids City Council to please reject the development of the Chipping Green Complex at Ellis Park for the following reasons: (1) The development will have an adverse effect on traffic, infrastructure, and safety in the neighborhood and Ellis Park. (2) The development will not be concordant with the characteristics of the Ellis Park neighborhood, and will increase density that is disproportionate to the green space.
