I, the undersigned do hereby state that New Orleans East is my present place of residence and I am IN OBJECTION (NOT IN SUPPORT) of the proposed Multi-Family Residential Development to be located at Cindy Place. It is in the best interest of the East New Orleans Community that New Orleans City Council adopts the City Planning Commission recommendation of DENIAL for ZONING DOCKET 054-13 - Requested by FTB COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for a Conditional Use to permit the construction of an incompatible and high dense multi-family residential development in a suburban community. I agree with the reasons as outlined for the denial in City of New Orleans City Planning Commission report.

Ridiculous. Why do they keep trying to shove these projects into areas that arent built for them? Stop it.

NO WAY. We moved out here for the suburban quiet and space. Put this somewhere else.

We have way too much traffic on Cindy Place already. This is gonna be a total nightmare for everyone living here.

Keep this out of our neighborhood!! Our streets cant handle that kind of density. We need less traffic not more.
