There are numerous concerns about the magnitude of the project and its impact on density, environment, crime and economic status of the neighborhood. The current scale and nature of this development are completely out of character with the neighborhood and will negatively impact the community. We need a development that fit with City of Chicago and Lake View's overall plan to restore neighborhood confidence, increase community pride, protect housing values and encourage economic growth. Additionally, we need development efforts to proceed consistently with Mayor Emmanuel's policy of transparency and accountability in city government.

Enough with these ugly glass boxes. We need something that actually respects the people who already live here.
Developers only care about their bottom line. They dont care about what it does to our home values.
The traffic there is already an absolute nightmare. A building this big will make it impossible for us to even get out of our driveways.
Keep our neighborhood low rise! we moved here for the feel of the area and this giant tower would just ruin everything.
Are they serious? Bradley is way too narrow for that kind of construction. Bad idea.
